The International Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Research (IIAR™) maintains a clear and fair refund policy to protect both learners and the institution. Refunds are granted only for eligible courses, publications, or services that have not been accessed, downloaded, or completed within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Proof of inaccessibility or service failure must be provided when requesting a refund.
To request a refund, users must send a written request to our support team at support@iiarinternational.org including their full name, purchase receipt, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots. Requests submitted after the 7-day window or for fully completed programs will not be honored.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution. Please note that transaction fees, taxes, and platform commissions may be deducted from the refund total, where applicable.
IIAR™ reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate our refund policy or appear to be fraudulent. Additionally, repeated refund claims or misuse of our system may result in account suspension. All users are encouraged to review program previews, descriptions, and sample lessons before making a purchase.
