If you believe that your work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you identify content on our website that violates your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure outlined in the DMCA Notice & Takedown section below.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, IIAR™ has established a procedure for addressing claims of copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on our platform without authorization, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at copyright@airinternational.org. Your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it;
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, IIAR™ will investigate the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also notify the user responsible for the content and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice in accordance with DMCA procedures. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
